Across 55 square metres, a stylishly designed living space awaits with separate living and sleeping areas, offering plenty of room for individuality and relaxation. Located on the third level – above the rooftops of Lüdinghausen – it opens up a special view and a sense of openness that quickly lets everyday life fade into the background.

The highlight is the private roof terrace with seating on the Stever side, which invites you at any time of day to enjoy the fresh air and consciously savour the moment. Here, nature, tranquillity and a touch of exclusivity combine into a special stay experience.

The sleeping area is equipped with two comfortable beds (90 x 220 cm each), while the living area, with a large sofa, a comfortable armchair and a separate dining area with stools, invites you to linger. A fully equipped kitchen with four hobs, oven, fridge, microwave and sink also offers you maximum independence during your stay.

For work and entertainment, a modern desk, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a 40-inch flat-screen TV are at your disposal. The furnishings are complemented by a level-access shower, ambient lighting and numerous practical details such as a room safe, luggage rack and continuous-power sockets.

A particularly pleasant touch: your private Jacobs coffee machine with four complimentary coffee capsules each day provides indulgent moments at your own pace. In addition, the central Maxi-Bar with soft drinks and filtered Lüdinghauser water is available to you around the clock – naturally included in the room rate.
