Across 37 square metres, a room concept awaits that harmoniously unites freedom and cosiness. The apartments are located on levels 1 and 2 and, with a view of the Stever, enjoy a particularly quiet and pleasant setting. The private balcony with seating invites you to enjoy the fresh air and let the day wind down in a relaxed atmosphere.

The integrated kitchenette with two hobs, minibar (35 litres), microwave and sink creates an especially homely feel – ideal for anyone who likes to cater for themselves independently while away. A cosy dining area and comfortable armchairs add further living quality and make the apartment a true retreat.

Two comfortable beds (90 x 220 cm each), complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a modern workspace provide both relaxation and the best conditions for productive work. The furnishings are complemented by a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a level-access shower, ambient lighting and practical details such as a room safe, luggage rack and continuous-power sockets.
