Our large penthouses are the highlight of the Steverbett Hotel. Set between Dortmund and Münster, these exclusive units above the rooftops of Lüdinghausen combine comfort, spaciousness and an impressive view.

With 90 square metres of living space, the large penthouses offer an exceptionally generous sense of space. The separate living area as well as two distinct bedrooms create ideal conditions for families, friends or guests who value privacy and shared experiences in equal measure. Located on the third level, they open up the view over the rooftops of the town – either to the quiet Stever side or to the lively town side.

A true highlight is the large private roof terrace with seating, which is a special place to linger at any time of day – whether for a relaxed breakfast, a quiet evening or simply a break with a far-reaching view.

The sleeping areas are equipped with a total of four comfortable beds (90 x 220 cm each). In the generous living area, a large sofa and two comfortable armchairs invite you to relax. The separate dining area offers additional space for shared hours. The fully equipped kitchen with four hobs, oven, fridge, microwave and sink ensures maximum independence during your stay.

For comfort and productivity, a modern workspace, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a 40-inch flat-screen TV are at your disposal. The bathroom furnishings impress with a level-access shower, separate WC and a bathroom with two washbasins – ideal for a relaxed start to the day, even with a larger group.

The living experience is complemented by a private Jacobs coffee machine with four complimentary coffee capsules each day as well as the central Maxi-Bar with soft drinks and filtered Lüdinghauser water, which is included in the room rate around the clock.

Further amenities such as ambient lighting, a room safe, luggage rack, floor-to-ceiling windows and consistently barrier-reduced access round off the high-quality overall impression. As a non-smoking hotel, we also place the greatest value on a fresh and pleasant atmosphere.
