What we put on the table.

Look forward to a wide selection of fresh rolls, breads, speciality rolls and Danish pastries. The buffet is complemented by various jams, spreads, butter and margarine as well as a varied selection of cold cuts and cheeses – including lactose-free options. Westphalian ham, cooked ham, spreadable sausage as well as gravlax and smoked salmon with honey-mustard-dill sauce provide hearty moments of indulgence.

Warm breakfast components are of course part of it too: freshly made scrambled eggs, boiled organic and free-range eggs, bacon, mini meatballs and other egg dishes prepared à la minute offer an indulgent start to the day. In addition, a selection of raw vegetables, fresh fruit salad, various yoghurts and a cereal bar with gluten-free options await you. We are happy to prepare gluten-free breads freshly for you on request.

The breakfast is rounded off with juices, a large selection of Ronnefeldt teas as well as freshly brewed filter coffee and coffee specialities from our mobile Jacobs coffee station.
